  • Mind-Body therapy means we’re not just talking about feelings. We’re also paying attention to how emotions show up in your body. Whether it’s tension in your shoulders, shallow breathing, or feeling disconnected, we address all parts of you. The mind, body, and nervous system.

  • You’ll enter a calm, supportive space where you can process emotions, explore challenges, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include talk therapy, mindfulness, or somatic based techniques that support emotional regulation and healing.

  • Therapy focuses on processing through conversation, reflection, and insight. Somatic therapy is more body-centered and uses breathwork, movement, and awareness to work through emotions that may be stored in the body. Both are healing in different ways and can be used together.

  • Yes! Many clients choose to blend both, depending on what they need that week. Some sessions are more talk-focused, others more body-centered. We'll decide together what’s most supportive for you.

  • Not at all! Somatic therapy isn’t about exercise, it’s about gentle, intentional movement and body awareness. Everything is adapted to your comfort level, and there’s no expectation to “perform” or move a certain way.

  • I specialize in trauma, anxiety, performance anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and nervous system healing. I also work with individuals who feel disconnected from their bodies and want to explore mind-body integration through a holistic lens.

  • Yes, we accept several insurance plans. You’re welcome to reach out to confirm if your specific plan is covered before getting started.

  • If we’re not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to get reimbursed. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company, which may cover a portion of your sessions through out-of-network benefits.

  • We require for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We typically meet once a week to build momentum and create meaningful progress. Some clients may transition to biweekly once they feel more stable or grounded in their goals.

  • Nope! Therapy is open to anyone looking to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

  • Yes! therapy and somatic work are both available virtually. You just need a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable. We'll guide you through everything step-by-step.
